No se requiere experiencia previa ya que la empresa lo formará, pero si se valora exp. en atención al cliente / administrativo/a.

  • Salario: 14.709 euros anuales fijos
  • Se necesita Alemán nivel alto o nativo e ingles nivel medio, equivalente a un B2, otros idiomas son un plus.
  • No se necesita experiencia.
  • Incorporación cuanto antes, contrato directo con la empresas multinacional sector IT presente en más de 70 países. 
  • Desarrollo de carrera dentro de la empresa
  • Trabajo híbrido con flexibilidad.
  • Trabajo híbrido en remoto

Our client is looking for Inside Sales in the Renewals team, based in Madrid, to manage quotations and requests to renew existing contracts that are expiring.  The Inside Sales is responsible for account & opportunity management, customer negotiation & sales closure against an individual and team target.

This role will require to provide regular forecast data through our CRM tool and learn company’s systems & service processes in order to manage the day-to-day activities.

 

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Create and issue quotes for customers 90 days in advance of the expiry date of the existing contract.
  • Manage quote information in CRM.
  • Close customer quotes before expiry of existing Contract
  • Support Sales Account Managers.
  • Produce weekly forecast in CRM.
  • Handle requests for contract changes (co-termination, additional licenses, change end date, ownership or site)
  • Manage Vendor quotes, pricing and special pricing requests.

 

 Your profile:

  • You have a fluent GERMAN medium or high level of English, other languages are a plus.
  • Open-minded team-player with positive and effective approach towards work, customers and colleagues.
  • Great adaptation capabilities and flexibility.
  • Dynamism, Willing to learn.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ideally, you have experience in Sales or Customer Service in a global company.
